From JAY CHAMUNDA Trader, if you purchase any item such as two wheeler motorcycle equipment or used four wheeler equipment through the website, if you find any item broken or defective, you may call or email us within 7 days. 

You can return the item within 7 to 14 days after we receive the item and within our working days the money will be refunded to your bank account and when you place an order and cancel your order and the money is deducted, we will refund you within 24 hours.  

we will process a refund within 2-5 working days  to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
